KPMG Executive Education's Public Seminars Evaluation-Form Prize Drawing

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY: KPMG Executive Education's Public Seminars Evaluation-Form Prize Drawing ("drawing") is open to attendees of KPMG Executive Education's Public Seminars taking place on scheduled dates throughout the calendar year. However, audit clients of KPMG LLP (or those otherwise restricted by independence rules) and governmental employees (federal, state, local) are not eligible. In addition, partners/principals, employees, officers, directors and contractors of KPMG LLP ("Sponsor"), or other companies associated with the drawing, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, or sibling and their respective spouses) or household members of any such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: To enter - during or after a public seminar - submit an evaluation form. A link will be provided during each training in the live virtual seminar's online chat and after the seminar via email for in-person seminars and live virtual seminars. Eligible responses for prize drawing are due within 14 days of individual session conclusion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: A potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received following the final seminar in each 6-month delivery season. A delivery season is defined as January-to-June or July-to-December. A potential winner will be contacted via email. A mailing address and a quote about their experience with the seminar, potentially to be shared with fellow evaluation respondents as determined by Sponsor, are required. All attendees who submit eligible entries will receive an email announcing the winner, which may also share the winner's feedback. The winner may choose to remain anonymous. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. If potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time and/or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected.

PRIZE: One $250 gift card. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are winner's responsibility. No transfer or substitution of prize, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: By submitting an evaluation form, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or illegible entries; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the drawing, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the drawing, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any drawing-related materials. If, for any reason, the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause that affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the drawing, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor deems responsible and void all associated entries. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing and, if terminated, to randomly select winner from all non-suspect, eligible entries received as of such action that are unaffected by the problem. Drawing materials and entries void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors or obtained through illegitimate channels. By participating, entrants agree release and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all claims or liability that may arise, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with their participation in this drawing or the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at: www.kpmg.com.
